Part Livery

Part livery - including stable, grazing, 5 days turnout, catching, rug changes, turnout boots changed, feeding, mucking out, filling nets, haylege all week and a shavings bale, also holding for the vet/farrier/dentist

The price of part livery is £54.50 (£52 if 13hh or less)

Breaking Livery/Competition Livery

Breaking/competition livery includes everything full livery includes, plus breaking in of the horse or exercising the horse and grooming. Work will be done five days a week on the horse.

The price of breaking livery is £90 per week per horse

Broodmare Livery

Full livery for broodmares. The price includes haylege, hard feed (including stud mix, extra rations in the last three months), foaling of the mares and holding for the vet when required. CCTV in the stable.

The price of broodmare livery is £75 per week per horse

Grass Livery

This means the horses can live in the field 24 hours a day. All paddocks have running water. During this period the owner of the horse must care for it themselves and check their own horses daily. This livery is available all year round. The price does not include hay in the Winter months. The grazing at our Matfen site is very good and is ideal for youngsters needing turned away or older horses.

Grazing is £12 per week per horse

If you wish to graze your horse 24hrs a day and have it checked once a day by us, to ensure it has no injuries etc, we call that Grass Livery Plus. Within this price we are happy to put fly repellent on the horse, put on or take off rugs as appropriate etc. This price does not include feeding the horse or catching etc.

Grass livery plus is £19.75 per week per horse

DIY Livery

DIY livery includes the use of a stable and grazing, no bedding or forage or hard feed. Anything the owner wishes to be done for them will be charged for.

DIY livery is £25 per week per horse

Retirement Livery

If your horse has to be retired due to age or injury, we are happy to take them on retirement livery. The horses live out all year. We supply them with rugs, if they don't have their own. The price also includes checking the horses, hay/haylege when there is little grazing, worming, trimming the feet (if the horse needs shoeing this is extra) and regular emails on how your horse is doing. The price does not include vets bills.
